Remote control is not working
Please remove the transparent film from the remote control for it to work properly.
Half of the string lights are not working.
As the string lights are low voltage, connecting multiple strings of lights or connecting them to a timer or extension cord may cause them to malfunction. Try connecting them directly to an outlet without anything else to see if they work properly.
String lights are not working.
Check if the controller is faulty by pressing the buttons on the controller to see if the string lights respond.
Individual light bulbs are not working.
The light bulbs may be faulty, have water damage, or have reached the end of their lifespan. Please contact the seller for replacements.
