Palomar Knot - Step 1
Double about six inches of line and pass it through the eye

Tie an Overhand knot

Pass the hook, lure or Swivel through the loop.
Palomar Knot - Step 4
Tighten the knot and trim the tag end. Make sure the two lines in the eye are parallel. If they are crossed, cut the knot and re-tie.
