Q1:Why some lights don’t work when I get it?
A1: Kindly turn on the switch, tear off the film on the solar panel to let it under direct sunshine to charge at least 10 hours 1 or 2 days. Then check if the light can work in dark or not.
Under warm weather can work longer, cold weather shorter.
When u install them, make sure the switch is turn on,the solar panel is clean with no film,facing the sun and there is no blocking around it.
Q2:Why it stopped working once it got wet?
A2:This solar lamp is IP65 waterproof for outdoor use.
It can not be immerse into water.
If met heavy rain may has some water in to affect the work.
It can not charge in raining days, only sunny or cloudy days via direct sunshine not ordinary daylight.
So it stopped work in rainy days because there is no sunshine to re-charge. But it will work again in sunny days.
Q3: Shall I install it via 3M sticker or screws included?
A3: Although it is convenient to install with double side stickers included,it will be more secure with screws.
As the glue may leave on the lamp. It will be melted in hot weather.
Q4:Shall I use it as useful lighting?
A4:This fence mounted solar lights luminous just 20lm. It can just for small areas accent lighting.
Q5: Can this solar light keep same brightness during the 6 hours at night?
A6:It can work 6-8 hours at night just when it is fully charged during the day.
So how long it works at night depends on where it placed and how it the weatherduring the day.
The brightness can not keep same during the 6 hours.
It will be varies with the battery capacity changes, getting darker until the battery runs out every night.
