A: Please kindly check the following when using our security lights:
1.Please make sure if there is any obstacles around the motion sensor
2.Please make sure the sensor head down
3.Please make sure the motion sensor is mounted vertically
4.Please make sure if it is set on Motion Mode
Q: Does this light have a manual mode? How to put it in manual mode?
A: you can easily set manual mode by moving the slider to D2D and TEST together.
Q: How high can this security light be mounted? Can it be eave mounted?
A: This is able to be mounted between 3 to 13FT and you can mount them anywhere with a junction box only, such as porch, backyard, driveway, front door, soffit, ease, walkway and so on. (Warm Tips: Make sure the motion sensor face outside when mount on soffit/eave.)
