Hello, this is for indoor use only. It’s sturdy, but delicate. I would consider it in an enclosed, screened porch, but not subjected to rain or snow directly.
How do I get an extra large and small crystal. I didn’t get extra crystals in the box and a couple are broken
We have extra crystal beads and a big crystal drop wrapped by foam paper.Please check.If the replacement crystal beads are missing,we will send you replacement.
Is there a way to shorten the chain/cord on this chandelier?
Yes,the chain is adjustable.You can simply open the link on chain to make it shorter.
