Q1: What should I do if the Solar landscape spotlights cannot be used normally when they are used for the first time?
A1:Because the product may be in a discharged state during transportation, it is uncharged when received, please tear off the film and charge it in direct sunlight for 8-10 hours.
Q2:I found that 1 of 6 solar lights is not working properly when I received my package and tried to test them. How could I solve this problem?
A2:Please try to charge in direct sunlight.
Q3:What about screws that are too short to connect all parts?
A3:Please use the correct installation steps shown in the figure below for installation.
Warm Tips:
In order to maximize the lighting effect, please make sure that the solar landscape spotlight is full of sunlight electricity.
Sunlight charging time and lighting time varies with daylight intensity, geographic location, weather conditions, season and other conditions.
In winter, it is normal for the sunlight not to get enough energy from sunlight, so usually the brightness is lower and the working time at night is shorter.
During the installation, please make sure the landscape light is installed under direct sunlight where there is no shade or eave to shelter the solar panel. Otherwise, the lighting time will be shorter.
