Every Victor has a safety gear of level 0 to put the entire bike on “pedal only” mode without powers; the motor will only kick in once the rider shifts the assist level on display to higher levels; moreover, the passive safety feature prevents activation of throttle mode if pre-set riding speed is not reached.
