- Q: When i plug in charger both the power and charge light comes on. Power is red and charge is solid green. The battery doesnt seem to be charging, none of the indicator lights show any level.
- A: When the 2.5A charger is plugged into the socket, the "Power" LED is red and the "Charge" LED is green. When the battery is plugged in and connected, the "Power" LED and the "Charge" LED are both red. When fully charged, the "Power" LED is red. The "Charge" LED is green. As long as you are using the battery, you need to turn on the battery switch, then battery can be charged and the indicator lights show battery level.
