Know More About IP68 Waterproof
Being IP68 waterproof means that our LED pool lights can be placed in aquatic environment for a long time. Hence, you can freely put it at your swimming pool, bathtub, shower, fish tanks, vases, fountains and etc. The waterproofing is attributed to the following 2 factors:
- O-Ring Seal: creates a barrier to the potential leak path of water between two closely mated surfaces, hence effectively preventing the water from getting inside.
- Waterproof Material: our pool lights are made of highly-waterproof ABS material, which ensures the waterproofing of the product.
Note:
- Please make sure the sealing ring is undamaged, and properly stay in the groove.
- To make it fully waterproof, please twist the light until it can not be twisted any further before putting underwater.(Very Important!!! otherwise it will leak)
- Please dry the lights first before replacing batteries. Because the water outside lights may drop into lights and wet the inside battery. (Very important)
