When can I get my ebike?
Velowave's warehouse is located in California USA.Usually, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the working day,signature required for delivery.
-Does electric bike come with assembled?
-It is 85% pre-assembled. You just need to install the handle bar, the front wheel, the light and the pedals, which takes about 15 minutes. You may folllow our instruction manual in the package or find the assmebly video on our product page.
-Do the rear rack and fenders come with ebike?
-Rear rack and fenders are not included,they are sold separately.
-Can I get customer support easier?
