Proper Care and Use of Baking Pan and Rack Set
Maintaining your cooling racks
Wash cooling racks thoroughly before use. Spray with oil when cooking meat, fish, or poultry to avoid sticking. For tough stains, soak in warm, soapy water for 2 hours or overnight. Do not microwave. Do not use in temperatures exceeding 575°F (302°C).
Maintaining your baking sheet pans
HAND WASH ONLY. Wash and dry thoroughly before first use and consecutive uses. Use only wooden or silicone utensils on the pan. Do not microwave. Do not use in temperatures exceeding 500°F (260°C). Let the pans cool before rinsing in cold water to void warping. Use a non-abrasive sponge to scrub.
