Are you ready for your own backyard aquarium?
With our Classic 175w Underwater Fish Light, you will be creating your own self-sustaining ecosystem in either brackish, fresh, or saltwater environments. Our underwater bulbs reflect off naturally occurring particles in the water that attract baitfish, in turn, this brings in the larger predatory fish such as snook, bass, gar, tarpon, redfish, and many more depending on your location. Our Underwater Fish Light systems are designed to be permanently installed on your dock to attract fish every night with the only prerequisite is a standard 110v grounded outlet and a piling or post to mount the control box. Hiring an electrician is not necessary! Once your control box is mounted, simply (and carefully) lower the light into the water, attach the photocell, plug the system into your power source, and wait for the sun to set. It’s really that simple!
Unlike LEDs, our fully sealed HID bulbs are maintenance free in that they burn hot enough to stave off the growth of barnacles, meaning that they typically do not need to be pulled from the water for cleaning. Additionally, both the bulb cage as well as the bulb's housing have been treated with bottom paint to further circumvent marine growth. To further the ease of operation, the system also includes a dusk to dawn photocell which will automatically turn the light on at sunset and off when the sun comes up in the morning.
Designed and manufactured in the USA with the highest quality components and an expected bulb life ranging from six to eight years, we assure your satisfaction for years to come! To further extend the life of your system, we strongly advise complimenting your purchase with our Wire Shield. This rubberized conduit easily slips over your underwater wire to protect against fishhooks and hazardous entanglements such as barnacle covered pilings, oyster beds, and rocky bottoms. Our wire shield can be purchased directly through our Storefront.
Please note that this is a CLEAR bulb, and the green coloring will come from the light reflecting off the naturally occurring particles in your water. Depending on your location and if your water is truly clear and lacks any strong tannins, the output of the bulb may look white.

*Keep in mind that when taking pictures of our Underwater Fish Lights in operation, the output will often look greener in the photos than in real life. Simply put, our eyes do not see colors very well at low light levels as our vision is based entirely on photoreceptor cells that are sensitive to light, but not color. Modern cameras are able to process light and colors with ease meaning that pictures tend to be a bit more vivid.
