A small link chain hangs from this attachment and strings through the center of the clacker toy ending in a small metal ring. A 4-way plastic joint sits in the middle and it looks beautiful with its clear, colorful plastic. There are (2) chains strung through this joint which hang stainless steel measuring cups and colorful acrylic pacifiers. When your pet pulls on one end of these chains the other will pull up, creating exciting noise and reflective colors!
