- Q1：How to Install the App on the smart phone?
- · A1: Search for the DDPAI app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and Install it on your smart phone. Tap the Allow button in the Authorization Request pop-up that appears after opening the App store installation file, then tap ACCEPT.
- Q2: How to change the Wi-Fi name and password of the Dash Cam If it is wrong?
- · A1: Make sure your Dash Cam is connect to App, then go into Me->Settings->Camera Settings, tap on Camera Name to change your Wi-Fi name, tap one Camera Password to change your Wi-Fi name. In case you forget the password, use a pin insert into REST hole to restore to default settings, initial password is 1234567890.
- Q3: Why can not view live preview on App? How to fix it?
- . Please confirm that you have updated your App to the newest version firstly. Then disable the cellular connection in your phone network settings.
- Q4: SD card error! How to format the dash cameras SD Card by APP?
- 32GB TF card can be directly used by the camera; 64GB-128GB TF card needs to be before hand formatted via DDPai APP---ME---Settings---Camera Settings---Camera Storage Management---Format. (Note: You need to back up any files you wish to keep before formatting. We recommend formatting the dash cam once every 2-3 weeks to keep your camera running smoothly if your DDPai Dash Cam is under heavy daily use.)
- Q5: Can not connect DDPai camera to DDPai android APP?
- Turn off "mobile data": Because unlike iOS, android system doesn't support Wi-Fi and mobile data simultaneously.
