Tedderfield's King-California King Conical Mosquito Net is Extra Wide and Extra Tall
- Is made of the highest quality polyester mesh, which is strong and durable.
- Has a base circumference of 42 ft. and is 8.5 feet tall with a single attachment point.
- Easily covers king, California king, queen, double size beds + bedside tables, many sizes of tents, outdoor tables, gazebos, cribs, kiddie pools, and much more.
- Includes a cloth carry bag, a hanging kit with a rope (to accommodate tall ceilings or tree branches!), a screw hook, a screw anchor and instructions.
- Mesh size is small enough to keep away bugs and big enough to allow for good air flow.
The top hoop is 34 inches in diameter, which is at least 8 inches wider than other conical nets, and provides a much more spacious feeling underneath. The top hoop is made of steel which is strong, lightweight and longlasting, and it is easy to re-fold the net for transport or storage.
The net has one double overlap door. One door means fewer potential gaps to worry about! For two people sharing a bed, position the door at the end of the bed and both people can enter and exit that way. Or put the door on one side and have one person enter through the door and the other lift the net on their side to enter. We learned from living in Africa that for optimal protection from bugs, it is best to tuck the net into the mattress.

Take a net with you when you're camping or traveling!
Our conical net is perfect for camping or travel, weighing just about a pound. It fits easily into a roll aboard suitcase as pictured here.
With a single attachment point, hanging is quick and easy.
Bring along an adhesive ceiling hook or velcro style picture hanger for hotel rooms or vacation rentals, which can be quickly put up and taken down without leaving marks.
When hanging a net over a tent, we recommend:
- Pick a tent spot that has a tree branch or something from which you can hang the net.
- Pitch your tent, but don't stake it.
- Hang the net so you have 1-2 feet you can tuck under the tent. Make sure the net door is in the right spot.
- Position the tent under the net. Stake your tent and add a rainfly if needed.
- Tuck the net under the tent. You can also use fishing line or thin rope to thread through the net and tie it to stakes.
Make pool time bug free!
Our conical net covers many sizes of kiddie pools.
We recommend hanging the net so that there are least two feet of net that can be tucked under the pool.
This will do three things:
- It will ensure that insects don’t fly in through gaps.
- If it is breezy out, it will keep the net in place.
- It will keep the net out of the water!
Remember to always have an adult watching kids in a pool!
